Climate Change and the BBC

What a top notch piece of scientific research (NOT!) . And so well presented by the BBC!

Poor people who made the mistake to agree to take part in this "survey" had the misfurtune to answer (simple, unbiased, non-confusing, SINGLE) questions such as these over the phone:

Thinking about climate change and global warming, based on however much or little you know about this, please say which of the following statements comes closest to your own view, even if none of them exactly describes what you think.

The avaialble "answers" are even worse:

1. It is now an established scientific fact that a climate change is largely man‐made.
2. There is a widespread theory that climate change is largely man‐made but this
has not yet been conclusively proved.
3. Man‐made climate change is environmentalist propaganda for which there is little or no real evidence.
4. Climate change is not happening.

Not to mention the way the stats were reported in BBC's piece which would have resulted in a Fail Grade for any student sitting elementary stats.

On the other hand, Mellanie Phillips (I LOVE her) and the Daily Mail must be happy, so there you go!
